Szechuan Hot Pot

The Chinese Hot Pot is a traditional chinese meal
with more than 1000 years of history.

Originally invented by Mongol warriors who used their helmets to cook a quick soup, the hot pot has evolved into a staple dish for all of China and is offered daily at King of Szechuan during lunch or dinner hours.

The Szechuan Hot Pot meal can be prepared to serve from 2 to 30 people.

Only the most select meats and seafood are used, cut deli-thin to cook to perfection in a specially seasoned broth prepared by our Chief Chef Kua Kua.

Our Hot Pot is divided into a regular broth and a spicer broth that adds just the right zest to meats and vegetables as they slow cook. The Szechuan Hot Pot creates a sensation on the tongue that is at once slightly spicy and almost numbing much like a carbonated beverage.

The effect and dramatic flavors provide a truly unique dining experience.
